Conference Room
Willesley Park can now offer a fully functioning Conference Suite for upto 24 delegates. The suite has recently undergone a major re decoration, new lighting and new furniture. This facility can be hired out for half day meetings, full day meetings and evening meetings. We can provide refreshments during the day, with lunch and dinner also an option. Our clubhouse has full wifi coverage throughout. All our prices are displayed below.

Meeting Room Prices
WIllesley Park Golf Club now has a conference room facility for up to 22 delegates.
All room hire charges are inclusive of:
- Iced water
- Flip chart and pad
- Free Internet access
Room Hire only fees:
- Morning: 08.30-12.30 - £90
- Afternoon: 13.00-17.00 - £90
- Full Day: 08.30-17.00 - £150
- Evening: to be advised - £50
Alternative hours are subject to availability.
WPGC members will receive a 10% discount on the above rates.
The following refreshments and meals are also available throughout the day. The costs below are all per delegate:

- Bottles of Sparkling Mineral water - £1.50
- Jugs of Orange Juice - £4.50

50% deposit is required on all bookings
